conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPPING POLICY ( CANADA & CONTINENTAL USA )

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently offer a flat partial shipping rates policy based on purchase values to help you get the products you want at an affordable price wherever you are in Canada and the Continental USA.

USA (Continental)
Shipping (under $119) - $34.95
Shipping ($120+) - Free

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes are supported in Canada but not in the US or worldwide.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
AQUAOVO EXPERIENCE INC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Unfortunately, we cannot take back your purchase on this basis.
EXONERATION & LIMIT OF RESPONSABILITY
AQUAOVO EXPERIENCE INC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the freight company but will assist you. Basic shipping insurance covers only the first $100. For shipments over $500, additional insurance is available. Contact us for details.
If you received your order damaged, you should contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
European customers would received their order from Canada or France, depending on the cheapest shipping option. Customers outside Canada, CONTINENTAL USA, and Europe must pick the "International Shipping (contact us)" shipping option at check-out. An additional invoice for the shipping fees will be sent after the order is placed. You can also contact us at support@aquaovo.com to get a shipping quote beforehand.
